[P2] made a rare mistake on an order for one of their best clients, and asked us to give them a hand making things right.
What we came up with was a voodoo doll. It was part of a kit that asked [P2]’s client to take out their aggression on the doll, then pick up the phone and give [P2] a call so that they could finish making things right.
The voodoo doll was a complete success, and even won a Best of Show award at the Addys. More importantly, it solidified P2’s relationship with their client, who placed a new order within days of getting the doll.
