With 15 years of project management experience, Marcela has project managed in just about every field you can think of: real estate, education, utilities, finance, tech and more. But her favorite project so far has been working on Game of Thrones Viewer’s Guide for HBO. She even binged five seasons (in record time!) just to prepare.
Though Marcela originally went to school for photography, a Craigslist ad led her to the world of project management — and she’s stayed ever since. Part of what drew her to project management (and Echo-Factory) is the collaborative and creative culture. Working under Greg, our accounts manager, Marcela is currently helping with AllClear, Huntington Hospital, LiteGear and more.
A Los Angeles native and proud banana slug (UCSC), Marcela plays the drums in her free time. She also loves her job so much that she finds herself project managing her own life — making endless lists, sending calendar events to friends and depending on reminders to notify her of local concerts. And in the ongoing battle of pizza toppings, Marcela is staunchly Team Pineapple (we concur).
