Raising Awareness for Huntington Health’s Comprehensive Care
As Huntington’s long-time agency partner, Echo-Factory used its understanding of the community to craft a campaign that connects authentically while standing out in a competitive healthcare market.

Huntington Hospital has been a trusted name in the San Gabriel Valley for over a century, and for years, they’ve trusted Echo-Factory to help meet their organizational goals. For their latest challenge, Huntington wanted to remind the community that they’re more than just a hospital—they’re a complete health system providing advanced care at every stage of life.
Launching in late 2024, the “Beyond the Hospital” campaign spans Connected TV, digital, traditional and experiential out-of-home, and programmatic ads, with placements in high-traffic areas like shopping centers and residential neighborhoods across Pasadena. Streaming platforms like Hulu and Discovery+ ensure Huntington’s message reaches local audiences in engaging ways.
Grounded in interviews with Huntington’s leadership and community stakeholders, the campaign’s messaging emphasizes their Cedars-Sinai affiliation, cutting-edge care, and deep commitment to the region.

Running through 2025, the campaign aims to raise awareness, improve the community’s access to healthcare, and strengthen Huntington’s role as a trusted provider for the San Gabriel Valley.
To address the delays, the Department of Education issued a FAFSA College Support Strategy that earmarked $50M in federal funding for nonprofit groups specializing in financial aid support and services. When GIA was awarded a College Support Strategy grant – one of just 74 organizations in the country – GIA turned to Echo-Factory to help it create an easier, more informative website with a fast-acting marketing plan that could ensure success.
