Echo-Factory Spotlight: Andrew Hoehn, Director of Product

Ready to talk shop?

Meet Andrew Hoehn, our Director of Product. At 13 years, he’s been with Echo-Factory basically since its inception. Through his insatiable curiosity, earned knowledge and the support of Echo-Factory, Andrew went from copywriter / part-time strategist all the way to Head of Product. On occasion, we still tug his sleeve and get him to write copy, but mostly he delivers strategy and big-picture ideas for our clients. From the military aerospace sector to automotive manufacturing, Andrew works with just about every single one of our accounts to help them achieve success.

So why has Andrew stayed with Echo-Factory so long? For him, it comes down to quality relationships. While many agencies tout things like culture and fit, Echo-Factory prides itself on having built an environment of support, both externally with our clients and internally with our employees. Andrew feels that this atmosphere of cooperation is pretty rare in the ad agency world.

Aside from being a strategy guru, Andrew is an outdoor enthusiast and family man. He has, as he puts it, a “silly amount of children” (five, to be exact). His home (and office) are located in North Central Idaho; his office faces the base of the mountain, where he likes to mountain bike.

To end, we’ll leave you with Andrew’s favorite quote and words to live by:

“All good things - trout as well as eternal salvation - came by grace; and grace comes by art; and art does not come easy.” – Norman Maclean, A River Runs Through It

When it comes to advertising and marketing, we mean business.
