Five years ago, KAPCO was poised for rapid expansion. Over the coming years the aerospace manufacturer and distributor began to rapidly acquire other companies in the same marketplace. With each acquisition, KAPCO turned to Echo-Factory for help merging each company’s visual style and branding with the KAPCO brand.
Shortly after each acquisition, we developed marketing pieces that combined KAPCO’s branding with branding from the companies they acquired. Then, we gradually moved those same pieces into fully KAPCO branded marketing. This process gave customers time to become familiar with the co-branded companies, and then comfortably transition to fully KAPCO branded marketing materials.
Today, KAPCO is a much larger company than when we started working with them, and their pace of growth shows no signs of slowing.
