Echo-Factory was brought in to bring the “OneCPM” vision to life. What started as an internal transformation quickly evolved into a comprehensive rebrand.
We developed the OneCPM identity and rolled it out with initiatives designed to build unity and pride among employees, with global photo contests, sustainability and impact-driven storytelling, and brand platforms that celebrated the power of collaboration across divisions.
Then came the external shift: We architected, designed, and launched a unified OneCPM website that brought together 16+ legacy brand sites into a single, intuitive user experience. More than a web redesign, it was a signal to the market: CPM is one powerful brand, not 16 competitors.
Today, our work continues as we help CPM leverage their unified structure for growth, developing cross-brand campaigns, sales enablement tools, and messaging strategies that help teams unlock new opportunities across markets and continents.

OneCPM was designed to support global marketing campaigns, streamline CRM and lead routing workflows, and create a stronger foundation for future acquisitions and brand growth.
