Full-Service Marketing Agency Seeks Contract Media Buyer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, including programmatic, paid search, paid social, video, OTT/CTV, audio channels, and other digital and traditional placements.
  • Report on campaign metrics routinely and recommend optimizations to the media mix, tactics, and targeting.
  • Produce and analyze campaign wrap-up reports.
  • Work closely with the Media Director to craft custom media plans.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and juggling multiple tasks within set deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with Strategy, Web, and Creative departments to effectively find solutions and opportunities for our clients.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience executing paid social media ad strategies through Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms for B2B.
  • A proven track record of managing complex campaigns, optimizing performance, and delivering results aligned with client objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization, utilizing tools to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Knowledge of advertising formats, their differences, and applicability.
  • Nice to have: Experience placing and troubleshooting tracking code (e.g., Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager) using Google Tag Manager.

What’s Unique About This Position

Most of our agency’s clients operate in several niches like Aerospace, Industrial Manufacturing, and Healthcare. Around 70% of our clients operate in B2B spaces. This is all to say that you’re more likely to be helping develop media campaigns encouraging engineers to buy a specific piece of complex equipment than you are to be selling sneakers and soda to teenagers. (Nothing against sneakers, soda, or teenagers).

We’ve been offering media services for our entire 15-year history, but we’ve identified this as one of our key growth targets in 2024 and beyond. Growing our media team is our investment in this goal.

***Important Note: this position is contract, with potential for contract-to-hire as the media department grows! Estimating a starting range of 20hrs/week, with opportunity to grow.
