We’re extremely excited to announce that our several-year-long experiment in running an agency without a creative director has come to an end.
Jessae Brown has taken on the lead role in our creative department. Jessae comes to Echo-Factory with a 15-year career as a creative director, art director and designer working with internationally recognized brands like Michael Kors, L’Oréal, Elizabeth Arden, Sony Music, Victoria’s Secret and others.
In her first weeks here, Jessae has already jumped in to lead campaigns for Huntington Hospital, LiteGear, Eagle Eyes and more. She’ll become involved with all of Echo-Factory’s clients over the coming months.
“As the agency grew, it became more and more clear that we needed a capable, talented creative director in place,” said agency founder and CEO Michael Schaffer. “Now that she’s been here for just a short while, I have no idea how we got along without Jessae.”
“I’m continually amazed at how much work this boutique, powerhouse agency puts out, and I am pumped to be part of its growth and expansion,” said Brown. “I’ve long been looking for an agency to call ‘home’ and feel like I’ve found it at Echo-Factory.”
Once this whole nasty COVID business is past us, we’ll be excited to invite our friends and clients (two groups with quite a bit of overlap) down to the agency to have a drink and meet Jessae, Greg and some of the other new faces around here.
