For two decades, USS has been driving innovation in the loss prevention industry.  Once a small, plucky upstart, the California company has grown to be the largest privately held loss prevention company in the United States. 

But leading the industry in innovation wasn’t enough to make USS rest on its laurels.  In early 2015, USS had created a series of brand-new advanced loss prevention technologies. It asked Echo-Factory to help introduce them to the world.

We started with a brand guide, that refined and solidified the USS brand.  Then, we launched a series of digital, print and physical campaigns to introduce USS’ innovations to the world.  Next, we worked to develop agile marketing processes, so outreach tasks that used to take months can now be developed and deployed in a matter of days.

Today, USS innovations are revolutionizing loss prevention.
