Different Holiday Gifting

This year we decided to pick a different season for our agency season’s greetings.  In honor of the current season, we sent our clients a Corporate Halloween Disguise Kit.  In the kit were some stylish spectacles with a refined proboscis and a lovely faux cigar.

“Treats Make You Fat. So at Echo::Factory, we’re focusing on tricks this halloween.”

We’re of the opinion that tricks are generally a far better way to celebrate the season than treats, and our intent was that wearing this impenetrable disguise would allow our clients to get away with nearly unlimited tomfoolrey.  What sort of toomfoolery?  Well, we don’t want to restrict anyone’s imagination, but we thought a few examples might be helpful.  You can check them out in the slideshow below.

And just for reference, that woman answering the phone is in fact Denise, and the gentleman suggesting a raise is in fact Andrew.  See what we did there?

Mike Gets His Flickr On

You’d think with an in-house photography studio, we’d be masters of Flickr.  Sadly, this has been far from the case.  But today, Mike remedied our lack of Flickr participation with a batch of behind-the-scenes photos from some of our recent projects.  You can get a brief taste from our Mike’s Hard Lemonade session below, and plenty more in our flickr gallery.

Desk Jockys Unite!

Echo::Factory sponsored ASR’s OFFICE BOOYZ SK8 contest this year. Actually, it’s more accurate to describe it as a non-contest. The premise of the event was to have all “full time desk jockeys” that work in the skate industry get together and humiliate themselves in front of their peers by staging a mock-skate competition. All were welcome to participate and anyone could win a prize, no matter how horrific the skater.

The Echo team opted to save our humiliation points for another venue and hosted a banner instead. We expected the our fellow desk jockeys would be grinding more then their axles at this competition, so to give the EMT a break we attached a first aid kit to our banner (well stocked with an assortment of bandages, gauze, and Echo business cards of course).  It was the most well used banner we have yet to produce.
